The copyright of final design or the design that has been selected by client will be owned by client. All the designs and images come out as a result of process of logo design will become the special copyright of 3D Logo Online. The client can not make use of such type of designs without permission of 3d logo online.

• 3D Logo Online works possess the right to use any image, design, edit, revision and product from project in promotion, advertising and marketing material. 3D Logo Online is in agreement to add a copyright, trademark or other mark of ownership mark as asked for by the client. 3D Logo Online holds the right to display any feedback/comment/testimonial that is sent by client on 3Dlogoonline website or any other material related to promotion and sister websites. The client will not use name of 3D Logo Online for promotional or for any other purposes with regard to these websites/designs.

• 3D Logo Online is not responsible for any harms or expenses born by the client in use of art of developed by 3Dlogoonline.

• Due to complications of international trademark and copyright law, 3D Logo Online will never be held responsible if the client will be found infringing already available trademarks or copyrights or service image related to icon of project, name of project, service or description of project. The customer should perform a search for trademark and copyright. On the other hand, the client can employ 3D Logo Online is not responsible for any type of damages and cost.

Refund Policy

We put our best effort to develop creative concepts of logo for individuals and organizations. We are very confident about our expertise and experience and we reduce the level of risk by charging only $ 35 to start the Project.

In case you are not satisfied with initial concepts of logo designing and do not send any request for redesigning or revision, we and you can annul the project and you are not required to pay anything more. The amount of $ 35 that one had paid to begin the project is not refundable. **

Once you choose a concept and begin with the project, we will charge remaining balance of price of package. Please make sure that you have enough funds with you before signing up for our services. If you choose a particular concept and ask for changes and revisions, no refunds will be provided in case you annul the project at any of the stage after this. The refund will be provided to you only if you cancel the project at preliminary stage. ** Apply only to the projects related to logo designing.
